We ship all over the U.S. excluding Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska. Shipping costs may vary for international orders and for territories outside the 48 continental U.S States.
We do not ship to PO boxes or APE/FPO addresses.
Majority of our orders are ship out on the same day, if you need standard overnight or next day delivery, please contact our sales team through ebay messaging system.
We ship Monday thru Friday from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm CST central standard time. We do not ship items on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
We do not allow package re-routes to different locations for delivery and packages to be held at shipping hubs for pickups.
For international buyers, we will not ship items as gifts or value them at $0 in the commercial invoice. All international orders have full insurance and full value is declared.
International customers are responsible for all duties and taxes. For shipping quotes, please send your complete address to our sales team and we will send you an international shipping quotes.
All items shipped are packed using ESD (Electro Static Device) protection and will pack accordingly to prevent any damage to the product.
We ship via Fed-Ex (Domestic and International), USPS (Domestic 48 continental states).
We offer 30-day warranty on all our products unless otherwise specified. Once the return is received, it can take up to 3 business days to process the return.
In order for an order to be returned, buyer will have to first obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before sending item back. RMA number must be clearly visible on the return box for processing.
We want to ensure that our customers receive the best service. If for any reason we are unable to replace the item, we guarantee a full refund.
If you have placed an order and after receiving the item you realize that you ordered the wrong part or you no longer want the item please ship it back to us along with a 20% processing fee. We will not cover the shipping costs to have the item returned to us.
For Factory Sealed products, all returns must include the original packaging as the item was received. For refurbished items, return product must be properly packed to prevent damage to the item during shipping.
If item is lost in return shipment, we will not reimburse the payment.
We are not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.
We only use FEDEX and USPS for shipping the item(s) to our customers.
All high value items will be delivered with an adult signature required for delivery.
If the tracking shows delivered but you still did not receive the package, please contact our sales team to file a case with our shipping companies.
If shipping company is unable to deliver the product, the order will return to us and we will charge shipping for reshipping the order.
We will ship the order only to the address provided with the order.
We will not change order address through messages.
Delivery will not be re-routed to different address.
We accept payments in the form of credit cards, paypal, wire transfer, paper checks and e-checks.
Payments on all orders should be received within three business days.
Buyer is responsible for all international duties, import taxes, and fees associated with making a purchase outside of the United States. Taxable values are based on the total invoice value.

Don’t buy from these fools – sold me the wrong item knowingly. After failing to leave any tracking info on the package I should’ve known. No communication at all, thankfully I knew enough to compare the listed vs what I was received. Lower wattage and older model sent , when I reached out I got crickets.

The item is not new, not in the original packaging, missing screws, damaged thermal pads (due to missing screws), and missing the low-profile bar.
